S02003 - TRAXPro: Error message 'The current interval is not one greater than the last interval'
occurs when attempting to process a file

This error is usually related to a problem with the data format that has been sent out from the TRAX. In most
cases the error can be corrected and the data retrieved.

When downloading a TRAX, a temporary file named
traxpro.dmp is created with the data as is comes out of the
TRAX. The default location for this file is C:\Program Files\JAMAR\TRAXPro, although it can be sent to a
different location based on the path select in the download screen. If you encounter the above error, locate the
traxpro.dmp file on your computer and e-mail it to the support department at
support@jamartech.com along with
a brief message stating the problem.

Since the traxpro.dmp file is overwritten with each download, be sure the problem file is the one you have
downloaded last before looking for the file.

Update: Beginning with version 1.4.1, TRAXPro contains additional error checking to allow it to recover from
this problem and process your data. If you are using an earlier version, download the
latest version, then try the
download again.

If you do not have access to the latest version, refer to the information above.
