S03001 - WinRAC: Run Time Error 9 Subscript Out of Range occurs when trying to print survey
This error generally occurs if you attempt to print a survey that has an Event Description that starts with
numerals rather than letters. This can be corrected by either spelling out numbers or placing them after text.
For example, the event description '55 mph' would cause the error to occur but the event descriptions 'Speed
Limit 55' or 'Fifty-five mph' would not.
