S05020 - When a new user logs onto a computer that has had the software previously installed, they
are prompted to enter the serial number for the program
The serial number of the program, and several other settings, are stored in the Windows Registry of the
computer under the Hkey_Current_User location. Since this entry changes for each user of the computer, the
serial number must be entered by each new user. Once this has been entered for that user, it will not have to
be re-entered.
