S05025 - PC-Warrants for Windows: Run Time Error 9 occurs when using the 'Open' command to
access file list for either Signal Warrant Studies or Multi-Way Stop Warrant Studies
This error can be caused by the presence of a corrupt data file in the data path the program is trying to access
when you use the Open command. The corrupt file will appear in the data folder as either a .sws file (signal
warrant) or .mss (stop sign warrant) file that is zero KB in size. If this corrupt file is deleted from the folder, the
Open screen should start coming up correctly again.
