Equipment Repair Request Form
If you are sending in a piece of equipment for repair, be sure to download and fill out
an Equipment Repair Request (ERR) form. The standard ERR should be used for any
TRAX or hand-held data collectors. The RAC ERR should be used for any RAC
distance measuring instruments.
