This is the program for use in collecting Travel Time and Delay data. If you do not
find an answer to your problem/question, fill out and submit a support request form.
IMPORTANT: The PC-Travel and GPS Travel Time software are no longer
available from JAMAR. This product line has been sold to the original developer,
Ridge Engineering. Continuing sales and support for these products are available

Why is GPS Travel Time no longer available from JAMAR?
The program, while sold by JAMAR, was developed and supported by Ridge Engineering. When the time came to begin work on
replacing version 1 of the program with version 2, it was decided that it made the most sense for Ridge to handle all aspects of the

What is the final JAMAR version of GPS Travel Time?
The final JAMAR version of GPS to Laptop is 1.4.6
The final JAMAR version of GPS to PDA - PPC OS is 1.3.4
The final JAMAR version of GPS to PDA - Palm OS is 1.3.4
How do I check my version?
The version of the program you are running is listed in the title bar of GPS to Laptop, and on the data collection screen of GPS to
PDA.
With what operating systems is the program compatible?
GPS to Laptop is compatible with all Windows Operating Systems 98 or higher, including Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows
ME, Windows NT and Windows XP.
GPS to PDA is compatible with both the Pocket PC and Palm operating systems.
Is there a manual for GPS Travel Time?
Yes. Instructions can be found in the GPS Travel Time manual. These are also included in the main PC-Travel manual.
Do you have to use PC-Travel with GPS Travel Time?
Yes. The only way to process the data you collect with GPS Travel Time is by using the PC-Travel software.
What GPS receivers will work with the program?
Most GPS receivers will work. However, we recommend that they have the following: serial interface using standard (NMEA)
protocols, data output once per second, and an external antenna for mounting outside vehicle.
