Mastic Tape
Type 53 mastic tape has a rubberized asphalt base with peelable protective paper backing. It is used to secure road tubes
and temporary loop installations to the roadway. This tape will decrease installation time and thus increase safety. You can
also use this tape for temporary repair of road surface cracks. The standard mastic tape is recommended for temperatures
of 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Celsius) and higher. The winter version is recommended for temperatures below 55.

Poly Tape
Type 223 is a 3" black, utility grade, waterproof, non-twist duct tape. It cross references to Shuford 618, Nashua 396/398, Tuck 93T or Anchor 630.
Each roll is 180 feet long.
Type 231 is a high performance 3" silver utility tape that conforms to Mil Spec PPP-T-60D. It cross references to Shuford 622, Tuck 90T or 3M 390.
Each roll is 180 feet long.
