What programs can the Mod-Port and Mini-Port be downloaded to?
The Mod-Port and Mini-Port can be used to download data to the TAS DOS, TAS Plus DOS and TAS for Windows programs. When downloading to TAS for Windows, you must
set the Port Type to 'JAMAR Data Port/Mod Port'.
What baud rate should be used for the Mod-Port download?
The Mod-Port is fixed at a baud rate of 9600 for the download. Be sure you have select 9600 in your software in order for the data to download correctly.
How is the baud rate set on the Mini-Port?
The Mini-Port uses two of the four dip switches mounted on the back panel to set the rate at which data is sent to the computer. The baud rate can be set to 1200, 2400, 4800, or
9600 using the configurations shown below.
