positive experiences with a technical company's customer service in general and their technical support
department in particular. First, the PETRA manual is BY FAR the best user manual I have ever seen. It is well
laid out, easy to navigate, and even well written! Second, JAMAR's technical support staff are among the most
customer oriented and competent people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. "Steve" (I don't know his
last name) in particular has helped me out on several occasions and has done so in a very prompt, courteous,

where credit is due", is essentially my motivation for writing."
