On this Web Site: Many of our products can be purchased on-line through this web site. Items that can be purchased will have an 'Add to Cart' button shown next to the item description, part number and price.
We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will usually ship the next business day. If, for any reason, there will be a delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted.
Payment can be via credit card or, if you have an established account with us, Purchase Order. For credit card orders, your credit card is not charged until your order actually ships.
On-line ordering is only available to customers within the United States. Prices listed on this web site are only for US customers. Pricing will vary for customers outside the US, based on import\export fees, distributor costs, etc. If you are outside the United States, please contact your JAMAR Sales Representative for pricing and ordering information.

When purchasing equipment, standard terms are Net 30 if you have an account with us. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for orders.
When renting equipment, standard terms are credit card or COD.
All freight is FOB Hatfield, PA. We typically ship via UPS standard service.
If you have special needs, such as next day or 2nd day delivery, please note this with your order. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Tax may also be added for some locations.
All returns must be authorized by JAMAR and are subject to a restocking fee. Returned merchandise shipped COD or sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Wrong Item Ordered: If you order the wrong product and wish to return it, please contact your JAMAR sales representative. A restocking fee may be applied. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective Equipment or Wrong Item Received: If you do not receive the item you ordered, or any equipment is damaged or dead on arrival, please notify your JAMAR Sales Representative and an exchange of the original product will be scheduled. JAMAR must be notified within 30 days of the date of the invoice to be eligible for replacement.
It is your responsibility to fully insure returned items. If you fail to insure the return shipment, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.
