Type 53 mastic tape has a rubberized asphalt base with peelable protective paper backing. It is used to secure road tubes to the roadway. You can also use this tape for temporary repair of road surface cracks. The winter version is recommended for surface temperatures below 55F. Comes in 75 foot rolls. 2 sizes available (4 inch shown).
