TRAX Firmware Updates
When a new version of one of our software programs is released, it is uploaded onto our web site.
Users can then download it and install the latest version on their computer. This process can often be
completed in a matter of minutes.
Imagine what it would be like if, whenever there was a software update, you had to ship your whole

Firmware is basically the software that runs inside the TRAX and tells it how to operate. Like software,
firmware is periodically updated to add new features or improve existing ones. With some previous
TRAX counters the only way to update the firmware in the TRAX was to ship it to us so we could
update it for you. However, with the TRAX Flex or Apollyon, that’s no longer the case.

software – simply download the latest firmware version from our web site then, using the TRAXPro
software, upload the new firmware into the TRAX Flex. You can now do in minutes what used to take
