How do I check my version?
To check the version of the program you are running, select Help from the main menu and click on About WinRAC Plus.
With what operating systems is the program compatible?
WinRAC Plus is compatible with all Windows Operating Systems 98 or higher, including Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows
ME, Windows NT, Windows XP and Windows XP SP2.
My computer does not have a serial port for download. What can I do?
All JAMAR equipment that interface with a computer currently use a serial (Com) port to do so. However, if you do not have a serial
port on your computer (or there is a conflict with another device), you can use a USB port by using a USB to Serial Adapter. These
devices allow serial peripherals, like JAMAR equipment, to interface with a USB port. Full details.
When attempting to communicate in real-time, the RAC does not seem to synchronize correctly. What's wrong?
Check that the RAC Plus is in Count Hold (press the CH key) before attempting to connect to the program in real time. The unit must
be in Count Hold when the real time connection to the program begins.
