Time Stamped Data

Axle time stamping gives you the most flexibility in how you can analyze your data. It provides extensive data reporting options and unparalleled troubleshooting options.

With the TRAX Pinnacle time-stamped data, you can change things like the layout used, the tube spacing used and several options after the data has been collected, reducing the need for recounting.

4 Level Verification - Location Confirmation

The TRAX Pinnacle contains a GPS receiver that will download the count location coordinates to memory when the data collection is started. It will then re-download the coordinates throughout the span of the count. The software analyzes the coordinates throughout the count, verifies whether the counter has been moved and provides a master latitude & longitude for the count.

4 Level Verification - Setup Accuracy

The LiveView status screen that’s available during a study allows you to confirm that everything has been set up correctly. As a vehicle crosses the tubes, the Pinnacle will display the vehicle’s classification and speed, allowing you to verify that the vehicle you saw was what was recorded.

4 Level  Verification - Road Tube Diagnostics

The Road Tube Diagnostics screen allows you to see how strong the pulses are that are coming in from the road tubes. This screen can save you from costly recounts by letting you know that while a tube may be working ok now, it's getting close to failing.

4 Level  Verification - Data Integrity

Data Integrity Verification allows you to be sure that the data you are seeing is a true representation of the data that was collected and has not been substantially altered. The data verified lock is applied to any data that has been directly processed from axle time stamps or the per vehicle table. Data that has been manually modified will be shown as unlocked and unverified.

NO BATTERY MAINTENANCE

Many road tube traffic counters use batteries that require constant monitoring to make sure they are fully charged.  One of the great features of the TRAX Pinnacle is its elimination of this time consuming process.  The low power design of the Pinnacle allows it to run off of long life lithium batteries that don't require charging or monitoring and will last for years.

EZ Belt Compatible

Reduce errors and simplify installation. With the TRAX Pinnacle you can collect data using a 2 foot spacing with standard road tubes or an incredible 4 inch spacing if using the EZ Belt.  The EZ Belt eliminates the need to measure tube spacing.  Since the two tubes are manufactured at a set distance apart, there is no need to measure in the field.
